Maverick Manager was designed and developed by us – Mavericks Unlimited, a leadership, change and innovation consultancy working with some of the best brands and businesses around the world.
Our mission is pretty simple – to make work better. For most of us, work is the biggest slice of the ‘life pie’ so how work is, affects, or even determines, how life is.
So much of the work world is broken and we’re all about mending it and building new things for a better future.
We believe that looking after the emotional needs of people enables them to see and embrace new possibilities, grow their confidence and become unstuck. This can transform ways of being, bring a sense of well-being, hope and optimism. This is when great things happen.

Our origin story
Maverick Manager was the brain child of our co-founder Hasan Khair (aka ‘Has’). It was borne from the challenge of no longer being able to deliver the training in-person, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Has led the creation of the courses during a lockdown.
The training came from a desire to support ‘accidental managers’ who may have been promoted for their talents but lack the whole new skill set to manage people well.

Krish is an executive coach and boardroom consultant with leadership teams, founders and change agents in tech scale-ups, creative agencies and FTSE 100 companies.
Over the past 25 years, Krish has been a Principal Consultant in a Big 4 consulting firm, as well working in leadership and consulting roles with global organisations in the Automotive, Tech, Professional Services, Media and NGO sectors.

Reeha is a qualified leadership + wellbeing Coach with experience coaching leaders, teams and communities on fulfilling their potential.
Alongside coaching, Reeha has 20+ years experience leading teams and businesses as Chief People Officer of FTSE 250 Kin + Carta, Barclays Bank and board roles in multiple Creative Agencies and charities like Stonewall.

Matt is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and loves combining his 25 years of commercial experience together with big hearted and intuitive executive coaching. He has spent the last 5 years focused on creating amazing executive coaching experiences for ambitious founders, directors, leaders and managers all over the world.
Previously, Matt ran his own multi-million pound business and worked in senior commercial leadership roles in organisations, including Oxford Innovation and AstraZeneca.
