Vacancy:New Business Executive

(FTC - 6 months with potential extension)

Remote-first with access to a top shared workspace in London

Salary:
£27,000 per annum (pro rata 6 months). Quarterly incentive bonus.

The role:

We are looking for a growth executive to help us bring Maverick Manager to a much wider audience and build a thriving community of happy, engaged and confident managers.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a confident and proactive person to help us increase awareness, grow revenue and help build our thriving community of great managers (and rid us of poor manager traits too!). This is an exciting time to join a leadership development startup founded by world-class executive coaches and experienced business leaders.

The role is varied but will centre around supporting our Growth Lead, Joe, with researching and developing opportunities, outbound lead generation and developing our proposition. You’ll need to have plenty of initiative, enthusiasm and ideas and be happy to work in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing their own workload, be proactive and driven to learn quickly in order to help us hit growth targets. Our small team works hard to support each other, so you’ll be in great company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects through numerous tools and websites

  • Set up meetings with potential clients via email, LinkedIn and innovate methods ofoutreach

  • Support on building and maintaining our awesome community of Managers on Slack

  • Collaborate with team members when necessary to support the sales function i.e to make new sales materials

What we’ll need from you:

  • Fast learner, ambitious and people-oriented

  • Self-motivated with evidence of hitting results in the past

  • Ideally 1-2 years of business experience

  • Experience in sales, growth, marketing is advantageous but not necessary

  • Be a great communicator - both spoken and written

  • Passion for people development
